1. When will I receive my first delivery?
Happy mail goes out on the 10th of every month. If you sign up anytime between June 10 and July 9, your first envelope will arrive in July.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 18 business days. International friends, please note it can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Normally, it is about a full month of delay. If your mail feels a little too fashionably late, don’t hesitate to reach out.
2. What if I want my letter to have tracking?

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! The mailing club is open to both U.S. and international members. If you’re outside the U.S., just be sure to select the International subscription option at checkout.
4. Can I cancel anytime?
Totally. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on my website or the Shop app. You’ll still receive your final envelope for the current billing cycle.
5. What if I never received my mail?
Please reach out to me! I check my email more than I check DMs, but I will send a replacement immediately :)
